Bubble Planet has taken the world by storm, with experiences scattered around the globe in Singapore, The US, UK, and Europe, the UAE is the latest destination to host this whimsical and immersive exhibition. I had the pleasure of visiting it myself and seeing what the hype was all about. Is this bubble oasis a jewel in the desert? Keep reading for my thoughts on Bubble Planet Abu Dhabi.
My first impression of Bubble Planet Abu Dhabi.
Upon entering the very first room, I was immediately taken in by the sights and sounds around me. The pastel colors dancing off of the inflatable, oversized bubble displays hanging from the ceiling were a feast for the eyes, while the psychedelic music playing in the background was an extra treat.

There are 11 zones to explore, each completely immersive and unique. My personal favourite, and everyone else’s, was the “Bubble Bath” ball pit. It felt like being in an actual bubble bathtub without getting wet – we could even dive under the balls! It was by far the highlight of my visit, but not the only zone I adored. The infinity room absolutely captivated me, I even struggled to find my way out of it at one point, I was utterly carried away. The LED Room engulfed me into an underwater world with different creatures swimming around me in a mesmerizing experience.
If you’re looking for the perfect snap for your Instagram page, then the selfie rooms are the perfect spots. There’s a cloud swing room, rubber duck room, and much more to grab that ideal selfie. The experience ended with a trip to the VR room, which had me completely immersed in various virtual worlds of bubbles. The experience threw me for a loop as I felt like I was actually floating around or falling down, even though I was sitting entirely still. It was like a rollercoaster inside a suspended chair. There’s also fun bubble-themed games that are perfect for all ages. It’s great for families or groups of friends looking to get competitive with each other.

There are so many different attractions to behold at this experience, and activities that range from relaxing, to pure fun. I’d definitely recommend Bubble Planet Abu Dhabi for families or anyone looking for activities to do with kids. Tickets start at AED 95 for adults and AED 75 for children under 17, so make sure to secure yours to experience the immersive world of bubbles!
